OF CENTRAL ASIAN SOCIOLOGISTS
Social Transition: Embracing Opportunities for Regional Development
The primary objective of the conference is to create a platform for sociologists and social scientists in Central Asia to share their research findings, insights, and experiences. This event aims to facilitate dialogue and collaboration among professionals working in various fields of sociology, with the overarching goal of contributing to the advancement of social sciences in the region.
The conference will place special emphasis on supporting young sociologists in the region, promoting gender equality, and inclusivity, as these factors play a crucial role in the long-term development of scientific and social capital. This annual conference aims to build regional capacity for outreach to the global scientific network.
Topics for panel discussions with a focus on Central Asia:
- Regional cooperation in the process of socio-cultural changes.
- The role of digital and green transformation in achieving sustainable development.
- The issue of digital inequality on a global scale.
- The impact of artificial intelligence on shaping the young generation
Papers should be submitted in English, Uzbek, or Russian, with a length of 5-8 pages, and formatted as follows:
- Title of the article;
- The relevant conference topic should be indicated;
- Written in Times New Roman font, size 12, with single spacing.
Important dates:
- Conference date: December 20, 2024.
- Papers submission deadline: November 20, 2024.
- Notification of selected articles: November 25, 2024.
- Full article submission (optional): December 8, 2024.

Based on the panel review process, a limited number of papers will be selected for presentation at the conference. Selected papers are planned to be published in the conference proceedings.
